Overview

Patriot Fleet Services provides mobile fleet maintenance and repair throughout New England. This role performs scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on medium- and heavy-duty equipment from a take-home service truck. The position offers hourly pay with performance upside, structured three-week onboarding, and opportunities to advance to Lead Tech or Supervisor.

Requirements

• 3+ years of medium/heavy-duty repair experience or equivalent training
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic ability
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving standards
• DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one
• Professional hand tools
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and communicate professionally
