Overview

EZETech is a locally owned Managed Service Provider in Port St. Lucie, Florida, founded in 2012, delivering managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and VoIP services to businesses. The Field Technician installs, troubleshoots, and repairs equipment and computer systems, terminates and tests Ethernet and coax cable, mounts IT hardware, and deploys routers, switches, firewalls, and surveillance systems. The position provides on-site technical support, trains customers, documents service tickets, and requires travel to customer sites and flexible hours as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Field Technician or similar role
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Technical degree or CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of networking equipment and systems; experience running and terminating Ethernet
• AV/TV mounting and programming experience; experience with PoE cameras and NVRs
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds (server racks)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; willing to travel and work flexible hours as needed
