Overview

The PM Sous Chef leads the culinary team during dinner service, mentoring staff and ensuring dishes follow the Executive Chef's standard recipes and presentations. Requirements

• Previous culinary management experience required; 3 to 5 years preferred
• Culinary degree preferred
• Knowledgeable of Health Department requirements
• Excellent communication, guest service, and time management skills
