Benchmark Group seeks a Fire Protection Site Observation Technician to perform site surveys and feasibility studies, document site conditions, read design documents, identify code issues, and assist in cross-discipline observations. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Understanding of the Construction or A/E industry
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Preferred: education or technical/design experience in Fire Protection
- Preferred: Fire Sprinkler system knowledge in design, installation, or testing
- Preferred: experience in REVIT platforms
