Overview
This role is the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, inquiries, and complaints. Duties include night audits, reservation records, billing, and coordinating guest services. Previous hospitality or front desk experience is preferred, and bilingual skills are an advantage.
Requirements

- Bilingual or multilingual skills a significant advantage
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phones desirable
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette essential
