Overview

Seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the hotel. Duties include greeting guests, managing multi-line phones, data entry, stocking the front desk store, and running night audit. Two part time positions are available: evening shift and night audit.

Requirements

• Excellent phone etiquette and experience with multi-line phone systems
• Bilingual abilities desirable but not required
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, calendar management, and document handling
• Exceptional time management and proactive multitasking
• Basic math skills for night audit
