Overview

This is a front sales counter and inside sales position serving residential and commercial building customers. Duties include greeting customers, answering product and pricing questions, preparing quotes, entering orders and returns in the POS/ERP system, and supporting inventory counts. Construction and building materials product knowledge is wanted but not required, and millwork sales experience is beneficial but not required.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a drug screen
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to commute to Shreveport, LA 71108
• Customer service and multitasking in a fast-paced setting
• Order entry and quote preparation in POS/ERP systems
• Construction and building materials product knowledge wanted but not required
