Overview
NE Renewable Power operates five biomass electric generating stations in Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. Sprague is hiring a Fuel Yard Operator for the Springfield, NH location to move, store, blend, and feed biomass fuel in a steam generating electrical power plant. The position reports to the Control Room Operator and requires operating loaders, tractors, and forklifts safely.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Two years operating loaders, tractors, forklifts, or other light or heavy equipment
- Knowledge of safe operation of loader, tractors, forklifts
- Valid driver's license
- Good oral and written communications
- Ability to perform physical demands including lifting 50 pounds and working in extreme conditions
