Overview

Soul 2 Go is seeking an experienced General Manager to run daily operations at its flagship Downtown Columbus Café while providing operational oversight to other local locations. This role leads front-of-house and back-of-house teams, manages financial controls, and coaches location managers. The position is eligible for overtime pay for hours worked over 40 per week.

Requirements

• 5 years of full service restaurant management experience
• Previous General Manager, Assistant GM, or senior restaurant leadership experience
• Strong front-of-house background with back-of-house operational knowledge
• Ability to work 45 to 55 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to visit other Columbus-area locations as needed
• ServSafe Manager Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
