Overview

S2 Select is hiring a General Manager to lead daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations for an elevated dining experience in downtown Chicago. This role coordinates opening preparations, manages labor budgets, develops staff, and maintains consistent service standards. The position reports operational outcomes directly to leadership and ownership.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume setting
• Previous GM, AGM, or comparable restaurant leadership experience
• Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and key service periods
• Current Certified Food Protection Manager and City of Chicago Sanitation certificates, or ability to obtain
• Illinois BASSET certification required
• Allergen awareness training or ability to complete within 30 days
