Overview
Eastern Earthscapes and Construction, LLC. is hiring a Grading/Concrete Crew Leader in Fremont, North Carolina. The role supervises one to two crews daily at various jobs and locations throughout the state, coordinating traffic control, tracking quantities, ordering concrete, inspecting work, and preparing daily field reports and timesheets. The position may also involve operating a dump truck and equipment such as an excavator, skid-steer, backhoe, bulldozer, and roller. A valid driver license is required.
Requirements
- Previous experience managing 1 to 2 crews and meeting production goals
- Supervise and manage 1 to 2 crews daily across various NC jobs and locations
- Help coordinate traffic control, track quantities, order concrete, inspect work, prepare daily field reports and timesheets
- On occasion operate dump truck and equipment such as excavator, skid-steer, backhoe, bulldozer, roller
- Valid Driver License required
