Overview

This position maintains the public and common areas of the property in a clean, neat, and attractive condition. Duties include keeping grounds, sidewalks, roofs, pathways, building exteriors, and stairways free of trash, debris, and weeds, and cleaning windows and common area furnishings. The role also involves pool care, non-technical lighting maintenance, and helping prepare vacant units for rent ready condition. Requirements

• Ability to transport or move up to 60 pounds variable distances
• Mobility and flexibility to use ladders and work in confined spaces or at heights over eight to nine feet
• Ability to perform basic maintenance repair tasks safely
• Able to work outdoors 80 to 90% of the time on variable terrain and in variable weather
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Driver's License required
