Overview

The Physician Trainer works under the lead supervision of the Chief Financial Officer and with senior leadership of Risk Adjustment to maintain and improve risk adjustment metrics. Duties include auditing provider patient charts, reviewing findings with providers, training and mentoring risk adjustment staff, and conducting on-site trainings. The role also involves interfacing with management and assisting with incentive programs.

Requirements

• Experience in Managed Care
• Clinical experience preferred
• Coding experience or Master's a plus
• Ability to work with all levels of management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Must be able to travel within service area and have a valid state driver's license and insurance
