Overview
Brothers' Construction, Inc. is a heavy civil and marine contractor based in Stuart, Florida. The mechanic maintains and repairs a fleet that includes cranes, barges, tugboats, excavators, trucks, and generators. Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience maintaining and repairing heavy construction equipment, commercial vehicles, marine equipment, or a comparable fleet
- Ability to manage competing priorities and complete work with limited supervision
- Working knowledge of diesel and gasoline engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and modern diagnostic equipment
- Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, hydraulic schematics, and diagnostic reports
- Ability to safely work outdoors, aboard barges and boats, around active equipment, and in physically demanding positions
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
