Requirements
- Proven experience operating construction machinery such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, cranes, and dump trucks
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, mechanical maintenance, and equipment safety protocols preferred
- Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Valid commercial driver's license with commercial truck experience highly desirable
- Knowledge of occupational safety compliance and proper use of PPE
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors
