Overview

Healthy Fresh is hiring an experienced Phone & Order Specialist for its Morris Park location in the Bronx. This dedicated in-person role focuses on handling high volumes of phone calls, taking accurate orders, and entering them into the POS system. Over time, responsibilities will expand to include catering inquiries, emails, and invoicing.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or phone-order environment
• Experience handling multiple phone lines and entering orders into a POS system
• Ability to maintain speed and accuracy in a fast-paced setting
• Strong listening skills, patience, and attention to detail
• Comfortable communicating in English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred
