Overview

Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, changing linens, and sanitizing bathrooms. Complete assigned room boards efficiently, report maintenance issues and lost-and-found items, and follow cleaning and safety procedures. Communicate with housekeeping supervisors about room status and assist with additional duties as needed.

Requirements

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience is mandatory
• Experience cleaning guest rooms in a hotel or similar lodging property
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned rooms within expected timeframes
• Familiarity with hotel cleaning procedures, room inspections, and housekeeping standards
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including bending, lifting, standing, and walking
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
