Overview

This position assists the Director of Sales, Sales Managers, and hotel leadership teams by handling administrative, clerical, and light-selling duties for groups and events across multiple properties. Responsibilities include preparing contracts, answering inquiries, and coordinating event logistics. The role is based on-site in Downers Grove, IL.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (college coursework in related field preferred)
• Ability to type 55 wpm
• Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems, PEP, and Delphi Enterprise
• Hotel or related industry experience preferred
• Ability to work with financial information and basic arithmetic
• Availability to work possible weekends and holidays
