Overview
The HR Coordinator manages the talent acquisition process from position opening through the candidate's first day, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidate selections and starting pay. The role also supports onboarding, HRIS setup, benefits administration, and employee records. It reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer and partners with dealership hiring managers.
Requirements
- Two or more years of relevant HR or recruiting experience
- HRIS and Applicant Tracking System experience required
- Experience assessing candidates and partnering with hiring managers
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
