Overview
The Human Resources Manager leads the HR function for a network of allergy and immunology offices across Southern Tennessee and North Georgia. Primary duties include recruiting and talent acquisition, compliance and risk management, employee relations and engagement, and HR operations. The position serves as a member of the leadership team and advises managers and leadership on employment matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Demonstrated experience leading recruiting and talent acquisition
- Experience with employee relations, investigations, performance management, and employment compliance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems
- Ability to relocate to Chattanooga, TN 37421 before starting
