Overview

The HR Manager leads day-to-day multi-state HR operations for about 170 employees across affiliated construction companies. Duties cover employee relations, recruiting, benefits and leave administration, performance management, compliance, HR systems, and payroll oversight. The role is on-site in Greeley with occasional travel to other company locations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum five years of progressive HR experience across multiple functions
• Minimum two years supervising, coaching, and developing employees
• Experience developing HR policies and process improvements
• Bilingual in Spanish
• SHRM Certified Professional (Required)
