Overview

Golden West Food Group is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial manufacturing equipment on-site in Vernon, California. The role balances core electrical skills like 3-phase power distribution and motor controls with basic PLC hardware knowledge. Duties include diagnosing motor controls, isolating wiring faults, replacing sensors, and following Lockout/Tagout safety protocols.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on industrial electrician or maintenance technician experience in manufacturing
• Foundational understanding of PLC rack layouts, power supplies, and I/O modules
• Experience wiring and troubleshooting 2-wire, 3-wire, and 4-wire DC/AC field sensors
• Ability to read and interpret industrial electrical schematics and line diagrams
• Working knowledge of NFPA 70E and LOTO standards
• Proficiency with digital multimeters, insulation testers, and electrician tools
