Overview

Sunstate Equipment Co. is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Peoria, AZ. The role increases revenue through new accounts, suggestive selling, and customer relationships, processing orders and handling inquiries. Work is about 80% in the office and 20% in the Yard, with cross training in Dispatch. Sunstate is a proud Second Chance employer that evaluates every candidate on a case-by-case basis.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience required
• Minimum 2 years Inside sales (direct customer contact) experience preferred
• Sales ability with suggestive selling or upselling and relationship-building skills
• Technologically capable: Microsoft Suite, CAD, AS 400 highly preferred
• Valid unrestricted Driver's License and minimum age 21 to drive company vehicle
• Bilingual Spanish preferred, not required
