Overview

The Installation Manager leads 5 to 8 in-house installers and subcontractors across Wixom and Flint, owns install quality, scheduling, safety and labor performance, and helps build a formal installer career program launching January 1, 2027. Candidates need 5 or more years of commercial field installation experience in signs or a related trade, 2 or more years leading crews, and hands-on electrical and structural installation skills. Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial field installation experience in sign installation or a related trade such as electrical, HVAC, plumbing or carpentry
• 2+ years leading crews, people and field processes; a formal manager title is not required
• Hands-on electrical experience wiring, connecting and troubleshooting illuminated signs or other line-voltage equipment
• Structural installation experience with anchoring, mounting and working safely at height
• Safe operation of bucket trucks and aerial lifts
• Valid Michigan driver's license and a record the company's insurance will cover
