Overview

The Junior Casting Operator supports casting operations by charging and monitoring the casting furnace, selecting materials, and recording measurements. The position involves maintaining work-in-process inventory tracking and completing production documentation. Openings are available on second shift (2pm to 10pm) and third shift (10pm to 6am).

Requirements

• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to perform basic math and accurately record measurements
• Ability to learn and safely operate casting furnace equipment
• Ability to work in a hot manufacturing environment wearing required PPE
• Must complete micrometer training and show proficiency with measurement tools
• Reliable attendance and ability to perform physical duties
