Overview

Engineering Manufacturing Technologies, LLC is seeking a Laser Operator and Programmer to support their production schedule in Endicott, NY. In this role, you will program, set up, and operate Fiber Optic laser equipment while generating nested programs to maximize material utilization. The position requires maintaining clean work areas and meeting company quality and safety system requirements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Desired
• Minimum of 3 years fabrication experience
• Able to program Bystronic and/or Amada Lasers
• Able to set up and operate Bystronic and/or Amada Lasers
• Able to read mechanical engineered drawings (blueprints)
• Ability to use inspection equipment like calipers, protractor, and height gage
