Overview
Flagship Facility Services is hiring a Lead Barista to guide the coffee service team at a corporate dining location. This role oversees daily operations across two cafe stations, maintains drink consistency, and assists with team training. Work takes place Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm with no weekend shifts required.
Requirements
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1+ year of barista experience in high-volume settings
- 1+ year of supervisory or lead experience in food service
- Active ServSafe Food Handler Card
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to frequently lift 21 to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
