Overview
Bisbee Breakfast Club is hiring a Lead Cook to oversee kitchen operations for breakfast and lunch service at one of its multiple Tucson locations. The role covers food quality, cost control, staff training and mentoring, and food safety compliance. The employer says people with a criminal record are encouraged to apply. The restaurant is open 6am to 2:05pm daily, so there are no night shifts.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar leadership role
- Extensive knowledge of breakfast and lunch cooking techniques and presentation
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team
- Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence
