Overview

Burn Boot Camp Manassas is hiring a Lead Trainer to own the quality of every camp, develop the Training Team, and lead the gym's fitness culture. The role trains a minimum of 12 to 16 camps per week and works with the General Manager and Franchise Partners on the fitness product and member experience. Requirements

• Certified Personal Trainer certification through NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM, or NSCA, or a four-year Exercise Science degree with applicable experience
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Minimum 2 years of personal training, group fitness coaching, or comparable coaching experience
• Ability to train a minimum of 12 to 16 camps per week
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays as required by the gym schedule
• Previous experience leading, managing, mentoring, or developing fitness professionals preferred
