Overview

The Line Cook/Prep Cook prepares and cooks menu items to order, keeps the workstation clean, and follows health and safety standards. Duties include food preparation such as chopping, marinating, and seasoning, monitoring inventory, and helping with menu planning. The role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability, up to 40 hours per week, in a fast-paced kitchen.

Requirements

• Experience in catering and serving, with understanding of dietary needs
