Overview

TGA Truck Driving School seeks a Local CDL Instructor to help adult learners build the knowledge and practical skills to drive commercial vehicles safely. The instructor teaches classroom lessons on traffic laws and DOT and FMCSA regulations and provides hands-on driving instruction. The position is paid at $28.00 per hour with expected hours of 54.0 per week, and work is in person.

Requirements

• Commercial driving experience, including commercial truck driving or truck driving
• Knowledge of traffic laws, DOT regulations, and FMCSA regulations
• Ability to teach commercial driving skills clearly and patiently to adult learners
• Classroom teaching or teaching experience preferred but not required
