Overview

This position assists the Manager in managing the St. James Mobile Repair Unit, leads crews in scheduled and on demand maintenance, repair, and inspection of locomotives, and mentors Locomotive Technicians. It requires advanced locomotive mechanical and electrical systems knowledge, including EMD engine repair, and familiarity with FRA and DOT regulations. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 5 years of locomotive repair experience
• Background in EMD locomotive repair required
• Valid driver's license required; commercial driver's license preferred
• TWIC card, or ability to obtain, required
