Overview

CW Bearing is seeking a Machine Operator to run assembly-line and grind line machinery, inspect parts with gauges, and follow safety and quality standards. The position reports to the Production Supervisor and is hourly, non-exempt, on second shift with a 10 percent shift premium. The employer says people with a criminal record are encouraged to apply. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operation
• Ability to follow written work instructions and safety requirements
• Basic math skills including decimals and fractions
• Ability to use gauges and precision measuring tools after training
• Basic computer skills and ability to use an HMI
• High School diploma or GED preferred
