Overview

The Maintenance Assistant supports the Maintenance Manager in daily upkeep, repairs, and preventative maintenance across country club facilities. This position is designed to grow into a maintenance supervisor role with time and training. Daily duties include performing basic facility repairs, maintaining equipment, supporting event setup, and following club safety procedures.

Requirements

• Previous facilities, building maintenance, or trade experience preferred
• Basic working knowledge of general maintenance practices
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
