Overview

Innophos is hiring a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler for its Chicago Heights, IL manufacturing site. The role coordinates planned maintenance activities with Production and Maintenance teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment reliability. It requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills and experience with CMMS, preferably JD Edwards/E1. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree or certification preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience (chemical or food industry ideal)
  • 3+ years in a maintenance planning or supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of chemical plant equipment (pumps, piping, heat exchangers, etc.)
  • Proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with MRO inventory management
