Overview

Woodland Polymers is hiring a Maintenance Technician Lead for its Industrial Resin Recycling site in Howell, MI. The role assists supervisors and the Plant Manager in keeping equipment, power units, forklifts, and the building to company standards, and helps supervise truck drivers for regulatory compliance. Duties include preventative maintenance, electrical work, grinding, lubing, blade switching, troubleshooting, and DOT compliance tasks.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Certified in Automotive Brakes (ASE A5)
• Climb ladders over 10 feet, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, stoop, and bend continuously
• Follow oral and written directions
• Experience in controls and instrumentation, equipment maintenance, manufacturing, safety management, and power tools
• High school or equivalent preferred
