Overview

This hands-on engineering role supports manufacturing operations by improving process stability, troubleshooting production issues, and implementing corrective actions that enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. The engineer partners with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to analyze data, identify root causes, and maintain manufacturing standards. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical manufacturing experience
• 3 to 7 years of experience in manufacturing, process, quality, or similar hands-on production support
• CAD experience such as AutoCAD, Inventor, or SolidWorks
• Experience with polymer, rubber, compression molding, injection molding, assembly, or machining
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, standard work, PFMEA, Control Plan, or statistical analysis
• Strong technical aptitude and manufacturing problem-solving skills
