Overview
Provide direct care and 1:1 service delivery to individuals, assisting with daily activities, personal care, home care, maintenance, and transportation. Implement person-centered plans and interventions that build socialization, behavior management, and daily living skills. Maintain documentation, progress notes, and incident reports, and communicate with staff and supervisors. The employer says people with a criminal record are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of mental health experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- TB skin test required
- Complete and maintain training such as CPR/First Aid and Crisis Intervention
- Willingness to travel 50 percent preferred
