Overview

Auto Cast, Inc is looking to add a furnace operator to its team of world class employees. The right candidate will have a proven track record of lengthy tenure in previous positions, great attendance and a desire to learn. The role involves operating and maintaining the meltdown furnace, cleaning holding furnaces, and keeping records on metal usage.

Requirements

• Good physical stamina and coordination
• Able to bend, twist, push, pull, reach, kneel and crouch repetitiously
• Able to stand for long periods, up to 8 to 10 hours with up to 3 breaks
• Able to repeatedly lift 35 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Must pass hilo test for permit and drive hilo safely
• Excellent attendance is a must
