Requirements

• 7+ years in insurance, reinsurance brokerage, MGA program development, fronting-carrier business development or closely related roles
• Established network across reinsurance brokers, fronting carriers, MGAs and underwriting leaders
• Proven track record of originating, structuring or launching programs and driving relationships
• Hands-on operator comfortable with ambiguity and disciplined about follow-through
• Uses AI to scale sourcing, research and pipeline work
• Clear communicator who aligns senior industry professionals and leadership
