Overview
Assist the surgical team under the supervision of the Registered Nurse Circulator, maintaining the sterile field and passing instruments during surgery. Ensure aseptic technique to prevent contamination and infection. Perform as second scrub as needed and assist with circulating duties.
Requirements
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- Preferred: Graduate of an accredited school of Surgical Technology or Armed Services Surgical Technology program
- Preferred: Certification in Surgical Technology upon hire
- Preferred: Operating Room training or experience
