Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in operations management, business, industrial engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

• 2+ years of experience supervising production or warehouse staff
• Working knowledge of inventory management and production scheduling
• Proficiency with standard business software such as spreadsheets and inventory or ERP systems
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs regularly on the production floor
