Overview

The Operations Manager leads daily facility operations, safety protocols, and staff supervision at the Navigation Center to support individuals experiencing homelessness. This leadership position oversees guest intake, census tracking, shelter maintenance, and volunteer coordination across a 24/7 facility. The role also provides staff training in trauma-informed care and de-escalation while ensuring a welcoming, low-barrier environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in homeless services, residential, housing, or shelter operations
• Demonstrated experience supervising teams or volunteers
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and crisis intervention
• Strong project management, documentation, and data management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation and valid driver license
