Overview
GO Riteway seeks an Operations Supervisor to manage school bus routes and the team carrying out transportation plans. Duties include processing route changes, complying with DOT requirements, maintaining records, payroll preparation, and using routing systems. The role supports safe, on-time service for school districts, charters, and the public.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills, written and verbal
- Detail oriented including documentation skills
- Valid Wisconsin Driver's License; obtain and maintain a commercial driver's license with necessary endorsements within 60 days of employment
- Able to work effectively with diverse groups of people, teamwork
- Strong working knowledge of computers and ability to learn new software programs
- Desired: prior routing or transportation experience, management in logistics and operations, Associates Degree or equivalent experience, intermediate MS Word and Excel
