Overview

Chroma Wellness Center is seeking a full-time Overnight Mental Health Technician to provide personalized care for LGBTQ+ individuals with mental health and substance use needs. The role supports residents through shift management, intake and discharge assistance, transportation, and conflict resolution in an in-person residential setting.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance
• Experience, knowledge, or interest in chemical dependency and abuse in mental health
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with diversity
• Preferred associate or bachelor's degree in social services
• Preferred 2 years of experience in behavioral health
