Overview

Robles Ranch Mental Health Inc. is seeking dedicated technicians or behavioral health specialists to assist in the care and treatment of patients. Working under the direction of psychiatrists and registered nurses, the role involves monitoring patient behavior, assisting with daily living activities, and administering prescribed medications. In-person weekend and overnight shifts are currently available.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate's degree preferred)
• Certification as a Psychiatric Technician is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment methods
• 1 year of mental health treatment experience preferred
