Overview

The Dwelling operates a low-barrier overnight emergency shelter and warming space for neighbors experiencing homelessness. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Peer Support certification preferred but not mandatory
• Strong interpersonal and clear communication skills

• Dependable, organized, and adaptable to evolving needs
• Remain awake and alert for the entire 10 to 12 hour shift
