Overview

Lead and coordinate daily Packout operations so finished food products are accurately labeled, packaged, and delivered while maintaining quality, food safety, and efficiency. Supervise, train, and schedule Packout employees and Driver Support Associates, manage inventory and payroll verification, and coordinate with production, warehouse, customer service, and shipping. Work is in a refrigerated environment of 34 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit with extended standing and walking.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent leadership experience
• Two to four years of warehouse management experience preferred
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a 34 to 40 degree refrigerated environment
• Inventory and purchasing knowledge
• Knowledge of packing and shipping procedures
• Excellent customer service skills
