Overview

Arctic Minerals seeks a hands-on packaging and production lead to support and oversee daily plant operations, including operating dryers, jet mills, and packaging lines. The role coordinates workflow, troubleshoots equipment, performs routine maintenance, and provides direction to operators and packagers. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of lead or supervisor experience in production or manufacturing, and experience operating a front end loader and fork truck.
