Overview

Oversee packaging operators and ensure efficient packaging equipment operation. Manage the packaging line, maintain quality and safety standards, and coordinate with the production supervisor to meet production goals. Supervise team, conduct training, and perform quality checks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a packaging or production environment required
• Supervisory/leadership experience in packaging/production preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Capable of lifting and moving items up to 40 lbs
